Cancellations, Changes & Charges

Life happens, things change, we understand. Please be aware that we are a small business and to make it work we ask that: Prices quoted will be for labour time only. Materials will be recharged at cost and nothing will be purchased without your agreement in advance. If you need to cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If work has been agreed and materials have already been purchased the cost of these will still be recharged to you. To reschedule please contact us at least one hour before agreed start time.
